Champions

George is a well treasured member of our team. He is very much the gentlemen and he is such an immpecable dog both at home and in the show ring. George gained his third and crowning CC at WELKS in April of this year, and has gone on to obtain 6 CC's and 3 RCC's in a very little amount of time. He has also just taken Best in Show at NOELAC Ch Show and is the only brindle to have taken a 2nd place in a group for years, we are so proud of him!

George is still only young at three years old, and is now coming into his own as a stud. His producing abilities are surfacing as he is favourable amongst other breeders for his superb attributes, and of course us too. We have a few of his offsping awaiting in the wings so watch this space for a 'little Gorgeous Georges' to be announced!

Here is the amazing Ch Dimara Miss Izzabella at Shenedene, also known as Izzy. She has been flying the flag for our kennel for many years, and owned by Miss Micheala Hall.

Izzy is again a daughter of our super producer 'Dimara Spin Us A Tale' and has gained both Champion status here in the UK and in Finland. She is handled in the picture by Sanna Kopola (Juha Kare's Chic Choix Kennels) at an overseas dog show, promoting our fine bred Lhasa Apsos. At the moment, Izzy resides with the Chic Choix Kennels in Finland and is expected back in England in 2011. She was Top Puppy in 2006, with five Best Puppy in Breed awards. In 2008, she was Top bitch with 5 CC's, 3 RCC's and two best of breed awards.

Maisie is such a super girl who is a real asset here at Dimara. She was born on the 4th June in 2003, and what a whirlwind it has been in the show ring with her these past years! She has gained an astonishing 3 Challenge Certificates and 7 Reserve Challenge Certificates which goes to show that she is every inch a champion.
We wouldn't have her any other way!

Maisie is also proving herself as an excellent brood, passing down her fine aesthetics to her progeny bred here. We have retained a couple of beautiful offspring from Maisie and hopefully they will be as prolific as their mother, continuing the strong Dimara foundations. Unfortunately, this picture is one of her poorest and does not show how perfectly stunning she is, but we are unable to attain a recent picture of her.

Here is the prolific Mindy, Ch Simply Supa at Ragoosa.
 We brought Mindy home from Tina Lewis and she was completly clipped off when we got her. We knew the great potential this girl had, so we grew her coat and started to campaign her.
When her coat was only three quarters down, we made her up in 21 outings, which includes Open and Champ shows. Mindy was 4 years old when she became a Champion and we were so over the moon! She was a typical Lhasa Apso with the true bopping movement which you very rarely see nowadays. Mindy's rather biggest achievement was when she took BIS at the Lhasa Apso Club Champ Show under Frankie Sefton in 1992.

 Mindy has passed on now but her line lives on. As you can see with the dogs we now have, she was SIMPLY SUPA.

We acquired this stunning chap from the late Ken Woosnam just three weeks before he sadly passed away. It was then in our best intention to make Buddy the champion he is, especially for Ken.

Buddy is currently the last Saxonsprings dog to be made up which we are proud extremely proud of. He is a very aesthetically pleasing Lhasa Apso, with such a superb temperament to match. Buddy has produced some quality progeny, one of them being our fantastic Ch Dimara Misstical JW (Maisie). She is among the terrific babies Buddy has produced that excel in every way.

Buddy is now in a loving pet home, living a relaxing life.
His legacy lives on.
